Twyning's a beautiful location with views of The Cotswolds to the East and The Malvern Hills to the West and it's close (but not too close!) to the River Avon and The River Severn. The historic medieval town of Tewkesbury is about 10 minutes away by car and Upton-on-Severn, Cheltenham, Hereford, Worcester, Ross-on-Wye, Malvern, and Evesham are all within easy reach.
There are two pubs in Twyning - The Village Inn and The Fleet Inn which serves a good variety of meals for lunch and dinner. Twyning Village Stores stocks a wide range of products including locally produced fresh meat, dairy products, bread and cakes. |

We're currently renovating a cottage in the grounds of The Old Manor to provide a self catering traditional english holiday cottage for 4 people. Many years ago, the holiday cottage was home to the Estate's coachman. It's part of the old stable block and hay loft and originally there would have been a connecting door between the cottage and stables so that the coachman could check on the horses.
Now, the cottage is being completely renovated and modernised whilst retaining many of its period features and when completed, will provide spacious, two bedroom, self-catering accommodation for 4 people. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years old.
Our self catering cottage is a totally non-smoking building and we regret that we are unable to accept dogs or any other pets.

In the woodland garden there's a large south-west facing patio which looks onto a mature trees and shrubs and is for the exclusive use of the holiday cottage guests.
A well-stocked herb garden, garden furniture and a BBQ are available for Guests' use.

As you can see on our old manor twyning website, our buff orpington chickens provide fresh eggs, we grow most of our own fruit and vegetables, and we have our own free range Ryeland lamb. So depending on the time of year, Old Manor Produce Boxes will be available for guests to purchase during their stay.
